Agreement To These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ravine website and services, including paid modules, downloadable materials, workshops, speaking engagements, group learning sessions, podcast or interview appearances, and one-on-one sessions. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Company Name and DBA

These Terms are between you and Radicle B LLC. Radicle B LLC currently operates under the assumed name Ravine, and references to “Ravine” “we,” or “our” refer to Radicle B LLC.

Educational Purpose and No Advice

Ravine provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on the Site, in any Ravine Learning Trail, download, email, workshop, mentoring session, or other Ravine material constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Nothing presented by Ravine is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow, use, or rely on any asset, product, platform, service, wallet, exchange, or strategy. Your use of Ravine does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker, client, attorney-client, tax professional, or other professional relationship. Your decisions remain your responsibility, and you should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Purchases and One-Time Payment Model

Ravine does not offer subscriptions at this point. Purchases for paid modules, downloadable materials, and services are one-time payments unless a specific offering page clearly states otherwise. Purchases may be completed through the Site using the checkout and payment tools made available by Ravine, including Square as the current payment processor.

Digital Content License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a paid module or downloadable content, you receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license for your personal use. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publicly posting paid materials is not permitted. Access may be delivered through Wix member areas, email links, downloads, or other delivery methods described on the purchase page.

No Refunds For Downloadable Content and Paid Modules

All sales of downloadable content and paid modules are final. This includes the Ethos Trail. Ravine does not offer refunds for these purchases, except where required by law.

Engagement Services, Scheduling, and Delivery

Engagement services may include workshops, one-on-one sessions, group learning sessions, and speaking engagements. Delivery may be virtual or in person depending on the offering and what is agreed upon in writing. Virtual sessions are typically delivered using Zoom or another video platform selected by Ravine.

For custom engagements that require coordination, when you submit an engagement inquiry form, Ravine will review your request and follow up by email with next steps. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply to the email address you provided.

One-on-one Session Booking and Payment

When you book a one-on-one session, your appointment is confirmed immediately at checkout and your selected time is reserved for you. Payment is collected at the time of booking unless the booking page clearly states otherwise. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details, including any virtual meeting link when applicable.

Scheduling Rules For One-on-one Sessions

One-on-one sessions follow the scheduling boundaries shown on the booking page. Bookings may be made up to 21 days in advance. Bookings must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling For One-on-one Sessions

One-on-one sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule a confirmed session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting engage@ravinebtc.com. If an unexpected circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible with a brief explanation. Changes within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including no shows, are not eligible for credit. Ravine may, at its discretion, offer a courtesy reschedule in limited circumstances.

Rescheduling and Cancellations For Services

Service scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms may vary based on the service type and event format. The applicable policy will be provided on the booking page, a written agreement, or other written terms provided for the engagement, and those terms are incorporated into these Terms.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are displayed on the Site or provided in writing for custom engagements. Taxes may be added where required, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Ravine currently uses Square as its third-party payment processor for purchases made through the Site. Payment information is processed by Square and may also involve Wix as the website and checkout platform. Ravine does not directly store your full payment card information. Your use of Square, Wix, or any other payment-related service may be subject to that provider’s own terms, policies, and security practices.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, videos, PDFs, graphics, logos, designs, course structure, and written materials, is owned by Radicle B LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of Radicle B LLC trademarks, branding, or content outside the permitted license requires written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in unlawful, harmful, disruptive, or abusive ways. Attempts to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with Site functionality, share paid materials, or harass others are prohibited.

User Submissions and Testimonials

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or other content to Ravine, you grant Radicle B LLC permission to use that content to operate and improve the Services. Testimonials may be used for marketing in a way that does not intentionally misrepresent your words. Personal information included in submissions is handled according to the Privacy Statement.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an as available basis. Ravine does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or specific outcomes from using educational content. Examples, stories, scenarios, or frameworks are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radicle B LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radicle B LLC’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Radicle B LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event that created the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radicle B LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination and Access Restrictions

Radicle B LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, shared paid materials, or harmed the integrity of the platform. Termination may result in immediate loss of access, subject to any non waivable rights under applicable law.

Third-party Services and Links

The Site may use, reference, or link to third-party services, including Wix, Square, Zoom, Google services for advertising and analytics, and other tools used to operate the Services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, privacy practices, and security practices. Radicle B LLC is not responsible for the availability, operation, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless a different process is required by law. You agree to contact Ravine first to attempt informal resolution before filing a formal claim.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date will reflect changes, and continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
