Privacy Statement for Ravine
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
Last Updated: May 17, 2026

Who We Are

Radicle B LLC, doing business as Ravine (“Ravine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the related services, including digital learning materials and engagement services (the “Site” and “Services”).

What This Privacy Statement Covers

This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit the Site, sign up for updates, submit an inquiry form, purchase digital content, or book a service such as a workshop or one-on-one session.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways.

1. Information you provide directly

When you sign up for Ravine highlights, news, and updates, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. When you submit an engagement inquiry form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, position, how you heard about Ravine, event details, attendee type, participant count, preferred timeframe, location information, and any additional information you choose to share in open response fields. When you communicate with us by email, we collect the content of your message and the contact details you provide.

2. Information related to purchases and bookings

When you purchase a paid module or downloadable content, or when you pay for a service such as a workshop or one-on-one session, payment and transaction details are processed through Square, our current third-party payment processor, and may also involve Wix as the website, checkout, booking, or account platform. Ravine does not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Square may collect and process information needed to complete transactions, verify payments, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. This may include transaction details, payment method information, billing information, purchase history, device information, and related payment data.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain data may be collected automatically through Wix and related technologies. This can include IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general interaction patterns. Ravine may also connect services for advertising and analytics, including Google services, which may collect or receive information through cookies or similar technologies depending on your settings and consent choices.

Where Information Is Stored

Information collected through the Site, including sign up forms and inquiry forms, is stored within our Wix account, typically in Wix Contacts. If you create a login, make a purchase, book a service, or use a member-only area on the Site, certain account-related, order-related, booking-related, or access-related details may also appear in Wix Members, Wix Orders, Wix Bookings, or related Wix tools. Payment and transaction information may also be processed and stored by Square according to Square’s own terms, privacy notices, and security practices. Some information may also be stored in our business email records when we respond to you at the email address you provided.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to operate the Site and deliver the Services in a way that is consistent with why you provided the information.
For update sign ups, we use your name and email address to send Ravine highlights, news, and updates. For inquiry forms, we use your submitted information to review your request, follow up with next steps, and coordinate scheduling details. For purchases and service delivery, we use information to confirm transactions, deliver access to paid modules or downloads, communicate essential service information, and provide support.

We also use information to maintain the security of the Site, prevent fraud, improve performance, measure engagement, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Email Updates and Opting In

When you submit the Ravine updates sign up form, you are opting in to receive emails from Ravine. You can opt out of marketing or update emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages or by emailing updates@ravinebtc.com from the email address you want removed. Transactional communications required to deliver a purchase, respond to an inquiry, or confirm scheduling details may still be sent as needed, even if you opt out of marketing messages.

Engagement Inquiry Follow Up Timeline

When you submit an engagement inquiry form, our team reviews the submission and follows up by email with next steps and scheduling details. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply to the email address you provided.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies through Wix to keep the Site functional, remember preferences, and support analytics reporting. Ravine may also connect Google services for advertising and analytics, which can involve cookies or similar technologies depending on your region and consent settings. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through consent controls presented on the Site.

How We Share Information

Ravine does not sell your personal information. Ravine also does not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in limited circumstances and only as needed to operate the Site, deliver the Services, process transactions, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and Services, including Wix for website hosting, forms, customer management, member accounts, bookings, orders, analytics, and related site functions, and Square for payment processing, transaction handling, fraud prevention, dispute management, and payment security. We may share information with video conferencing providers, including Zoom, when needed to deliver virtual sessions. We may also share information with advertising and analytics providers connected through the Site, including Google services, depending on your settings, consent choices, and interactions with the Site.

Wix, Square, Google, Zoom, and other service providers may process personal information as part of providing their services to Ravine. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and legal obligations.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions. Information may also be transferred in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or asset sale.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will respond to verified requests as required. To submit a request, contact engage@ravinebtc.com and we will respond after verifying your request as required.

Sensitive Information

Ravine does not intentionally collect or maintain sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms or communications. Sensitive personal information can include government identification numbers, financial account details, precise health information, or other information that is not necessary for Ravine to provide its content or Services.

Children’s Privacy

Ravine does not request or collect date of birth through our standard forms. The Site, content, and Services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13, and Ravine does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 submits personal information to Ravine and we learn that the information relates to a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to remove it. If you believe that we might have personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at engage@ravinebtc.com so we can review and take appropriate steps.

The Services are intended for a United States audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Wix, Google, Zoom, or other providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your region.
