Ravine may provide the content in another format or by other means.
Payment Processing
Payments made through the Site are processed by Square, a third-party payment processor. Your ability to complete a payment may depend on Square’s checkout tools, your device, browser, network connection, settings, and any assistive technology you use. If you have difficulty completing a purchase, contact engage@ravinebtc.com. Ravine may assist with the purchase or with access to the offering.
Support and Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing, viewing, or completing any Ravine content, contact engage@ravinebtc.com. Include a description of the issue, the page or item you were attempting to access, and the device or browser you are using. To protect paid content, Ravine may request verification of purchase or account ownership before restoring access. Ravine generally responds within 24 to 48 hours.
Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
You may report any part of the Site that creates an accessibility barrier, whether or not it prevents you from completing a task, by writing to engage@ravinebtc.com. Include a description of the barrier and the page on which it occurred. Ravine may review reports and update the Site at its discretion.
